Lead Pastor Mark Adam
Mark is married to Susan and is the proud father of two adult sons. He also shares life with two dogs—though notably, no white picket fence!
Growing up in Sydney, Mark became a Christian at the age of 10 through Teen Ranch, an experience that helped shape his lifelong faith and calling. Before entering full-time ministry, he worked as an auto electrician and blacksmith, and spent 12 years living and working in Canada and the United States.
After returning to Australia, Mark completed a Bachelor of Theology along with accreditation studies at SMBC and Morling Theological College.
Since 1996, Mark has served in a variety of pastoral and chaplaincy roles across both Anglican and Baptist churches. He joined Wyong Baptist Church in 2026, following a decade of ministry as Senior Pastor at The Heights Church.
Mark enjoys surfing, fishing, and great food—but above all, his greatest passion is to see people, and the church, grow in Christ.

Associate Pastor
Brett Robinson
Brett is an accredited and ordained minister with a passion for helping people explore faith in Jesus, experience freedom in Christ, and discover their place in God’s mission.
Since responding to a call to vocational ministry in 2016, Brett has served in operational and pastoral roles at Gymea Baptist Church and Wyong Baptist Church, where he has faithfully invested in the life and mission of the local church.
Brett completed a Master of Ministry through Morling College and has also undertaken academic research exploring Christian experiences of interpersonal forgiveness, reflecting his interest in practical theology.
Before entering ministry, Brett spent over a decade in the property valuation industry, after initially launching his own real estate business at just 20 years of age. This background has helped shape his grounded, relational approach to leadership and ministry.
Brett is married to Gemma, and together they have three school-aged children. Outside of ministry, he enjoys watching the NFL and Formula 1, playing church competition soccer and the occasional round of golf, and spending time with family and friends.
